Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Aloha Tinyboards™ gear—but if something’s off, we’ve got your back.

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition it arrived, with all original packaging and tags intact. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a return by logging into your account and following the return steps through your order confirmation. Please note: returns sent without being initiated through your account first won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away. We’ll make it right, no worries.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on final sale items or gift cards, so double-check your cart before checking out!


Exchanges

Need something different? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original. Once your return is approved, we’ll get your refund rolling.


International Returns (EU Cooling-Off Period)

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery—no reason required. Items must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it can take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
