Stories From the Lineup: Jasmine Tupuola

Jasmine is considered her crew's mom because she doesn't like swearing and she's always got enough snacks in her purse for everyone!

"We’ve had shave ice all over, but nothing beats the one on the island from the stand near the old sugar mill.

Auntie’s been running that stand forever, and she still remembers everyone’s favorite flavor.

It melts slow, tastes like mango and childhood, and cools you from the inside out.

Probably nowhere in the universe has shave ice like it. And we wouldn’t trade it for anything."
